Atticman sent out a technician to service our heater, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was thorough during the inspection and discovered a small water leak coming from the heater’s exhaust pipe. Instead of just pointing it out, he went all the way up into the attic to make sure nothing was being damaged — thankfully everything was still in good shape. He explained the issue clearly and let us know that the repair will need to be done on a sunny, dry day to make sure it’s fixed properly. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be requesting him again when the weather cooperates. Highly recommend!

Our initial HVAC, Duct and whole-house fan installation a month ago ran into an issue where the contracted StealthPro 7.0 fan didn't fit, and a 5.0 was installed instead.
