Always a pleasant experience in the HVAC process with Atticman. Dustin was very knowledgeable and experienced. He found a few minor things to be done at a later date, which I appreciate Everything went smoothly, happy to say.

The temperature outside was 100. I turned on the A/C for the first time since last summer and nothing happened. The system didn’t kick in. I tried to troubleshoot the problem on my own by tripping the electric panel, but still nothing. By that time it was after hours and I didn’t think Atticman would still be open but my daughter encouraged me to call. Surprisingly, Stan was still there. He was so kind and helpful and didn’t want me suffering in the stifling heat. He was able to find a technician willing to come out. That technician was Yuriy. Yuriy quickly found the source of the problem which, embarrassingly, could have been prevented had I changed the filter sooner. The system Atticman installed is so incredibly amazing that instead of overworking the system, it automatically shut down and protected itself. He showed me how to change the filter and he drained the clogged pipe and it was back up and running like a well-oiled machine once again. I am a woman, who is both elderly and disabled. Because of that combination unscrupulous people have taken advantage of me many times over the years and it’s hard to know who to trust. Atticman is truly a breath of fresh air. They set the bar high. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Take it from an old woman who has experienced the worst and the best - Atticman is truly the best of the best.

After getting several quotes, AtticMan came in with the best price, but what really stood out to me was how honest and straightforward they were. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, what didn’t need to be done, and why. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to upsell me. The whole process was surprisingly fast. It was only about a week from the estimate to the actual work, and the job was completed in two days. The crew was fantastic. Before they started, they laid down tarps and protected everything in my home. Everyone was polite, professional, and easy to talk to. They showed me pictures throughout the project so I could see what was being done, and they were always willing to stop and answer my questions. One thing that really impressed me was how clean they left everything. Honestly, my house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. The difference has been noticeable right away. The new ductwork and attic insulation have made a huge improvement in how my house cools, and my air conditioner doesn’t seem to have to work nearly as hard. I couldn’t recommend AtticMan more highly. Great people, great work, fair pricing, and a company that actually does what they say they’re going to do.

Atticman installed a new heatpump/air conditioner. It's working fantastically. We discovered access to the unit was not up to code. The previous home owners covered over the compliant access point. Jesus from Atticman came by to follow up on additional work needed for attic access. We discussed solutions. Jesus took pictures and videos, we discussed my options and he was very pleasant. I would definitely call Atticman again when the time comes for future service.

We had a new AC System and Heater installed today. While the price was definitely higher than we would have liked, the entire process was straightforward and easy to navigate. From the initial consultation with John & Austin through installation, communication was clear and everything moved along as expected. The installation crew - Manny, Adam & Javier did an outstanding job. They worked efficiently, were very respectful of our home, and took the time to clean up thoroughly when work was finished. Their professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been stressful project much easier. Given the significant investment, we're hopeful the new system will provide reliable performance, improved comfort, and energy efficiency for many years to come. Overall, I was pleased with the installation experience and especially appreciate the hard work of the installation team.

UPDATE: Thanksgiving eve 2025. No heat. Called @ 1:30. Said Mike would be here btw 3&5 and sure enough he WAS w/booties and ready to go! Very thorough in checking and explaining the ins & outs of the digital ecobee thermostat. Got heat! Ready for a warm, cozy holiday. Thanks for the great attention to your customers. 2 years now since my install. Every step of the way, Atticman has delighted me with their service people. I'm a member of their "Cool Club" so have a maintenance service every 6 months. Kris was so great today. I was having a trying day and he very much met right where I was at. Helped me out with his thoughtful conversation and reassurances and, as always, took his time and did a thorough job. I truly respect this company for their quality hiring and very apparent emphasis on customer satisfaction. So glad I chose them. Thank goodness I don't have to worry about my HVAC needs in this very hot climate. Thank you Kris for your kindness.

Atticman is a very professional & responsive company. I am the first owner of a 2019 Energy Star home, so my focus is on preventive maintenance. Both service technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the condition of my system in detail and made recommendations but no hard sell. Have a reasonably priced service contract with them which (without all specifics) gives me two maintenence visits a year, priority if my system breaks down & discounted repair costs. Want to give a shout out to Joel, who was just here, for his impressive knowledge and thorough explanation of my heating system. I understand it much better now. I strongly recommend Atticman. UPDATE: My recent experience with Atticman justifies my five star review earlier this year. On April 27, 2023, during unseasonably hot weather, I called Atticman because my A/C was not working. Victoria prioritized my request, as per my maintenance agreement, and scheduled an appointment with Mike the next day. She also kept me apprised of his revised arrival time. Victoria exemplifies the professionalism & friendliness I expect and want from the front office staff of a top service company. Mike was very impressive. He listened carefully to my explanation of the intermittant problems that have plagued my A/C system for the last two years. Mike was obviously very experienced & kept me apprised at every step. The repair was complex. After he diagnosed the initial problem - he left for a short time to purchase a part not among the stock kept in his truck. After installing it, he found further problems that required a second part that thankfully fixed my A/C system. I appreciated Mike's detailed explanations. Although my understanding of electricity and A/C systems is limited, I conceptually understood what happened. I am very grateful for Mike's professionalism, expertise and thoroughness. My A/C system is working well now. May 2024. Shout out to Bryan who was very professional, friendly and very helpful. Appreciate recommendations to increase indoor air quality. June 2026 Appreciate Austin - very upbeat, friendly and knowledable. He came for routine maintenance and replaced a broken item on my air-conditioner. I opted to add two items - one was a surge protector - that are now required on new builds but were not when my house was built. Adding them made sense. Very happy with Austin and Atticman. Highly recommend.
