So let us start in how we came to find the attic man. 8 months ago my wife and I were pondering getting a new heat pump as ours was 22 years old, not that it was not working but did not want to get caught in middle of summer in need of one. Called to get a appt and me being a little older was not prepared for AI and got frustrated with making a appt so I put it off. But I kept getting emails and texts every so often and seeing adds and had a good rating from SMUD. So again I tried to make a appt a week ago and again me being older was a little frustrated with AI, but this time I guess someone decided to actually get back to me in a phone call and a appt was set to get a est. So two days later Mike arrived to give an estimate, I already had two estimates from other companies so I kinda of knew about what it was going to cost. Mike spent about 2 hours going over everything and answering all of my questions. His prices my was the best and even with adding a whole house fan it was still cheaper than the other people’s prices. Gave a small deposit and set a install date for 5 days later. Thought it would take two days but Manny and his install crew came in and did a professional job in one day. They were all respectful and explained everything they did and how to operate. Only being one day since install everything is all good. So from my wife and I we would like to thank Mike for spending time with giving the estimate and Manny and his crew for the install and attic man for doing a great job on getting our needs taken care of. Thanks Paul John came out to due a minor repair and was on time and determined problem quick took care of it. Thanks for a great job. The first part of December they had to put a new motor in my new heat pump but the tech was knowledgeable and was on time and furnace working again. Furnace started acting up again and called them and they came out and could not find a problem and within a hour the problem came back and they came out first thing the next morning and found the problem and ordered a new pc board and sensors and will be installing next week. Though it has only been a little over a year and had many problems with new heat pump the Attic Man has always came out and repaired under warranty. Kobe was a great service tech, he replaced the board and sensors and was still having a problem with it and he also replaced the thermostat once again and things seem to be working now. On this unit as many issues it has had I hope we finally can start trusting it. Attic man techs are good and come out right away to repair. Today we had attic man come out again as another thermostat went out. This time Kobe came back and the service manager Randal came with him and was involved in the repairs and they decided they possibly have had a bad batch of thermostats as this was the fifth one they have replaced since our heat pump was installed 15 months ago. This time they installed a completely different echo thermostat. Like always attic man was a professional company to deal with. Randal told me that if the issues come back again they would be replacing the complete heat pump with a new one. Hoping it does not come to that and this takes care of the ongoing problem.

Mr. Fidel was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful during the service visit today. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions honestly, and made sure the system was working properly before leaving. I appreciated that he was patient, thorough, and did not pressure me into anything. Excellent customer service overall and a great representative for Atticman. Thank you, Mr. Fidel!

Had a visit from Atticman to talk about insulation in my home . John & JT were very kind and professional and gave me great information on how l should proceed with my decision. I would highly recommend Atticman man for INSULATION and HVAC needs. They are recognized in positive favor by the BBB as well Update: Duct installation March 10, 2025 The crew from Atticman; Dillion, Clayton, &Eddie,came this morning arrived on time to do a complete New Duct installation Dillion drew out the layout design and took pictures when the job was completed. Dillion "tested" the new duct work and I was so pleased as l could feel a good amount of air flow through ALL the ducts. A huge improvement from old duct work installed '2000.They also took extra care to cover my flooring and any furniture that needed protection. The crew was very friendly and explained any questions l had. As a business owner myself l appreciate the kindness and professionalism Atticman shows to their clients. If you are considering a new HVAC or Duct Installation or Attic Insulation ATTICMAN is who you should call ! UPDATE: ATTICMAN returned today March 19 2025 to do some adjustments to the duct work that was done and also to "shoot" much needed insulation in the attic.The crew that arrived was Zak, Jacob. Alejandro.They arrived on time was very kind and respectful took extra care to cover and protect areas in my home were they were working. And cleaned up after the job was done. Very pleased with doing business Atticman UPDATE OCT 14 2025 Today l signed up with Atticman for there Cool Club program which gives me two maintenance visits a year. One for summer AC maintenance ck, One for heating. Very affordable the tech Robert, who came out was very friendly and professional showed up on time and explained thoroughly what he was doing. I'm very pleased with the customer service l recieve with Atticman Update Nov 14, 2025 I was having issues with my thermostat and call Atticman. The tech Robert came out work on the issue for over 1 hour and fix the problem and there was no Charge !! Robert was very professional and friendly and was very thorough the customer service l receive has never let me down !! UPDATE MARCH 10 2026.... Had my AC yearly service done today by Logan from Atticman. He arrived on time and service my AC in a timely manner. He explain throughly and with no pressure all repairs that need to be addressed. He gave me several options on repairs which l found helpful. If your looking for a reputable and professional HVAC company that treats you with professionalism and NO high pressure then ATTICMAN is your go to for your HVAC & INSTALLATION needs. UPDATE APRIL 29TH 2026 After considering pouring more money into a 26yr old HVAC unit l decided to replace my old HVAC with a New HVAC by ATTICMAN NOAH & ANGEL were my tech installers very kind gentleman and respectful of my home. They arrived on time and the job was done in two days ! They both had great experience & knowledge about what they were doing which gave me great comfort in knowing that the money l was spending was well worth it. If you are thinking about a new HVAC system for your house CALL ATTICMAN and ask for Zak he's the man !! At ATTICMAN.... UPDATE : MAY 2 2026 ATTICMAN came today to create a "New door" that goes to the closet were my HVAC system is they're handyman Jesus came to do the job. So pleased ATTICMAN they are the best !! .UPDATE MAY 5TH ATTICMAN tech Mike came for quality inspection which impressed me with that procedure to double check on the New HVAC system that was done by the previous crew. He was thorough in his inspection which again was impressive. ATTICMAN really shows that they care about the customers but they also care about the integrity of they're work and reputation.

Maintenance call went great, Kris did an outstanding job.

The install was handled very professionally, I knew exactly what to expect. There was an issue that came up days after install and BOOM it was taken care of right away. If you are lucky, you will get Dustin as an install technician, but I assume they are all squared away.

Wonderful experience from CSR to make an HVAC system check appt. to the technician who notified me 30 mins before his scheduled arrival. Austin was very pleasant to work with and educated me about my systems' conditions. i received a few recommendations after the service and plan to work wit Aticman in the future.

Austin came out to do a routine check-up on our system and was very friendly and polite. I was working in the backyard and did not feel uncomfortable at all allowing him to go in and out of the house unattended. As far as maintenance goes, he showed me all the check points he looked at and gave our system a clean bill of health before we go into the hot summer months. I have finally come to that point in life that I don't try to duck routine check-ups. Like our own health; it's better to catch something earlier than later. Thanks, Atticman and all their crew!

My HVAC system went out last summer when it was 100+ degrees outside. They got me a quote and scheduled installation quickly! My wife was very happy we didn't suffer in the heat for long. Austin Dizon from Attic Man was here for my spring AC tune‑up and inspection. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and very technically sound. After the inspection he advised that the system was working exactly as expected and didn’t need anything at this time. He also made a few thoughtful recommendations to improve reliability and enhance performance.
