The installation of my new replacement of my HVAC system was completed today. I was notified by text this morning that Fabian, the service technician assigned for my installation would arrive within 30 minutes, which he did. He and another technician began working immediately to remove the old system, installed the new system and cleaned up the area by 2pm. i was amazed by their efficiency. From the point in time when I reached out to The Attic Man company to sitting in my now cool house was less than 24 hours. I have nothing but praise for this company and I most certainly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
UPDATE 8/21/2026: I had a concern about something last night and Dustin was sent this morning to address it. I was greatly reassured after his super through inspection of everything and assurance my system is working just as it should be. Love this company and their professionalism and willingness to assure customer satisfaction.

Austin was a blessing to me. He arrived promptly, covered his shoes, and after a minute of polite and cordial conversation, he proceeded to go right into working on a diagnosis of the reason my AC wasn't blowing cold air. Once he finished, he provided clear explanation including pictures of problems and possible remedies. It quickly became clear that the obvious solution would be replacement of my 29 year old Trane. It served me well but is finally worn out. I concluded I could well spend more on repairs than the cost of a new replacement. They thankfully were able to schedule the job for the next day. In this heat, I am very grateful. Austin helped me choose the best option for my budget and gave me even more confidence in doing business with Attic Man.

I’ve had several bad experiences with contractors and their employees so this review should show all who read it these guys are fantastic. Their salesman were friendly and kind. They were not “pushy”. The installers put in a good 8 hours and were quiet, quick, and they cleaned up everything. They showed me the system, explained it all to me and the most significant comment I’d like to add they closed my moms bedroom door for her(she’s bedridden) and they didn’t work on anything until noon or later. They even put up with our goats getting into their truck and running by them, many times. They were outstanding installers. Very pleased with the atticmen

Update 08/14/2026: These guys are great. Had them out for a new a/c heater roof combo install and all they've done is great work. Whenever I have a tech out for service they're timely and respectful. Only good things to say about Mario's atticman heating and air and the people he's brought on throughout the years (been with them since 2019).
Have had Atticman out 8 times over the past 3-4 years. They show up within their service window, shoot straight with their customers, and have competitive pricing (especially compared to some of the bigger hvac companies). Give them a try, my family and I haven't hired another company since we've had Atticman out for services/installs.

Ryan is very efficient and helpful. Happy with Atticman. We have had no problems

Kris came for a final inspection and the county inspector came by for the final inspection. Both gave a big thumbs up on the installation and vent work. All went smooth.

We had a concern with our attic HVAC unit and had an appointment scheduled late in the day that ended up being early evening. Josiah was our technician, and he went above and beyond to reassure me that the equipment was operating properly and safely. Even though it was late, he took his time thoroughly inspecting everything and answering my questions. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. It was reassuring to have someone who genuinely took the time to make sure everything was okay. Atticman really strives to maintain a five star reputation.

We had new heat pumps installed along with some ducting optimizations to fix airflow issues between bedrooms. Kobe, Mike and team did an exceptional job as it was a challenging install with a few surprises along the way. They strived to ensure everything was done the best way possible and we are very happy with the end result.

We were told they would arrive between 6:00 and 7:00 AM, and they even contacted us at 6:00 AM to let us know exactly when they would be arriving. They showed up right on time and got straight to work.

They showed up right on time today and completely redid all of our ductwork. Removing the old ductwork was a huge, messy job, but this team handled it professionally from start to finish.

Reece and Vince were here at 6:30am this morning to install a new system on the hottest day of the summer so far this year. It's 9:15pm. While they have encountered some technical difficulties and have been troubleshooting for the last couple of hours, the install could not be completed. These two demonstrated tenacity in a difficult situation. They were professional in spite of their exhaustion.

After not having a tune up done in a LONG time, Jaspreet was very professional and friendly, explaining things that I was already aware of - but broken down to where the repairs/cleaning seemed much more do-able and not as daunting in the long run. As it is a business, there will always be a type of upselling (which i get), but there was absolutely no pressure. When finances permit, I will definitely be going through this company and will also recommend it to my cousin who has multiple rentals.

Yikes! 😱😱. Our AC unit stopped working yesterday in this 104 degree heat! The temperature inside was rising fast. I called the AtticMan and Kobe, their technician, was able to come out early this morning and replaced the fuse in a matter of minutes. A couple years ago ATTICMAN replaced my entire HVAC system. They were in and out before noon! They recommended I get new insulation I couldn’t afford it at that time. With the recent expected heat wave it reminded me I should get my new system serviced and an estimate on that installation. When I called to make an appointment they answered my call and knew my name before I told them who I was! Then when I asked for a service special that I seen on their website he reminded me I had a free service I never used that came with my original purchase! A win is a win & the customer service 10/10. They scheduled me with Fidel who showed up at the expected time and even gave me a 30 min away text. He provided me with my original FREE service checking all my equipment, cleaning my outside AC and even fixing a vent that was lose. Then he provided me with the estimate and all the information I needed to decide on the insulation. Then the cherry on top was the 0% 14 month financing option! My insulation is scheduled and Fidel was very professional. I am a loyal ATTICMAN customer! I honk at their vans when I see them around town! lol

Sometimes I've regretted doing business with someone just because we were friends, or I knew them from somewhere and wanted to give them a shot. I've never felt that way with Mario Lopez and Atticman.

Mario and I both went to El Camino High School a few years apart, and I've watched him build Atticman from the early days. I always respected his work ethic and hustle. Even though the company has grown tremendously, the values he started with when it was just him, his dad, and one truck that didn't even go in reverse are still the foundation of the business.

Atticman installed our HVAC system a few years ago, and it's been flawless ever since. Every maintenance visit has reinforced why we chose them. Atticman Heating & Air recently replaced our HVAC system, installed new ductwork, and added attic insulation, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

Greg, our sales representative, took the time to understand exactly what we needed and patiently answered all of our questions. As the scope of work evolved, he worked with us to ensure everything that needed to be addressed was included, while keeping the final price competitive. We never felt pressured—just well informed and well taken care of.

The installation crew, led by Manny, was equally impressive. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous throughout the project, and paid close attention to every detail. Before leaving, they walked me through the completed work and showed me photos of the installation so I could see everything that had been done.

During the installation, the team also identified a gas leak that had not been apparent beforehand. They immediately stopped work, notified us, and made safety their top priority. Although it was a stressful situation, I truly appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and proactive approach. Their quick actions helped ensure the issue was addressed safely before the project continued.

Great experience from beginning to end. I had called for an estimate for a new HVAC system and I had someone come out the same day! Fidel took time to throughly go through our system, take photos and videos and explain what was wrong and confirm a new system needed. We were able to have the work done the next week (could have been sooner if not for our schedule). Noah and Zach were here bright and early for a long hot day. They walked me through the process and were professional. They gave the dogs some pets and put up with their curiosity and random barking. Even my 2 year old was met with warmth as he continued to watch or get in the way. After 2 years with no ac it’s very welcome and the process to get there was so easy and fast. Absolute 10/10 across the board.

Dustin has been out a couple of times to enhance the work that was initially done. Our new system installed by Mike and team is amazing. We had a 25-year-old system that needed a complete overhaul. Atticman addressed our needs and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Dustin has been amazing to work with and was extremely sensitive to ensuring customer satisfaction. Michael and Nabil came to add vents to the system so the new HVAC can pass the inspection. They were very professional. friendly and did thorough clean up! They answered all my questions and were very careful of my property.

We got a few different quotes before replacing our AC and ended up going with Atticman because they’re actually a local company that’s been around for a long time. They weren’t the cheapest, but they definitely gave us the most confidence.

Install day went really smooth. The crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and you could tell they actually cared about doing a good job. They cleaned everything up before they left too.

We’ve already noticed our electric bill going down way more than we expected and the house cools so much faster now. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re looking for heating and air work I’d definitely recommend Atticman. Great company and great people.

Very thorough walk through and inspection for competitive quote. Work was done thoroughly and professionally with attention to detail. Even asked if I could go up in the attic to check work and help answer any questions. Jorge was great in communicating and ensuring the job wad done right.

Your staff was professional and courteous. The job was performed exactly as expected. You did exactly what you said you would do. Can't ask for more than that.

Atticman put in our HVAC, as well as new ducting and insulation.
The air flow was not flowing correctly, so they came out and added dampers (worked great), in-between services we starting get a weird sound when the AC came on. Turns out it was the compressor. Atticman did everything in their power to mitigate the noise, including working with the manufacture of our HVAC.
They went above and beyond to fix the noise!

We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced by Atticman Heating & Air Conditioning and we couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

Before making a decision, I got multiple quotes from different companies around Sacramento. Atticman wasn’t the cheapest quote we received but they also weren’t the most expensive. They came in right in the middle and after comparing everything that was included, I honestly felt they offered the best overall value.

The sales representative who came to our home was knowledgeable, patient and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the differences between the equipment options, and went over the warranties in detail.
