Two years later, I wanted to come back and update my original review.

After choosing Attic Man for our new HVAC system, I can honestly say we’ve had a great experience. From the initial consultation to the installation and everything that has followed, the team has always been professional, responsive, and willing to help.

I especially want to recognize Randall. Over the past two years, he has been incredible to work with. He’s knowledgeable, patient, honest, and always takes the time to answer questions and make sure things are handled the right way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, and that kind of service is hard to find.

Like any HVAC system, we’ve had questions and a few things we’ve wanted checked along the way. What has impressed me most is that Attic Man has always stood behind their work and has been there when we’ve needed them.

Looking back, I’m really glad we chose Attic Man. Great people, excellent customer service, and a company that has earned my trust. Thank you to Darwin for getting us started and to Randall and the entire team for continuing to take great care of us over the last two years.

We just had Atticman replace our HVAC ducts and our whole house fan. They also installed attic fans and new insulation. Every different crew that came out were very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Very easy to work with. Great bunch of guys!

But I want to give them an extra big shout out today for showing up at 2pm when I just called this morning, on a super-hot day in July, requesting urgent service! Nick from Atticman serviced our 2 air conditioners today. All personnel we have worked with from this company have been very knowledgeable friendly efficient and professional. I would recommend Atticman to anyone needing HVAC work without reservation.

Kris was great! He was on time, friendly, informative, and really showed a lot of care in everything he did. I especially loved how he didn't just wear shoe coverings. He placed them on his foot in mid air so they wouldn't touch the outside areas and removed them before setting foot back down outside when he was leaving. Very nicely done for people like us who care about tracking dirt and bacteria into the house. Thank you, Kris!

Logan was the personable technician that came to our home to look at our system we were having an issue. He was professional and wonderfully thorough. He took his time to do a complete diagnosis and check-up on our air-conditioning (as well as heating system). He took multiple pictures of the issues he found which were shared with me, clearly articulated and explained. Communication was easy and with my systems issues discussed, the necessary & immediate repair was completed right away with long-term solutions detailed for our aging systems continuum. The diagnostic fee was absorbed into the final cost of todays repair. Logan saved us from tomorrows triple-digit temperatures... Thank you!

Kris serviced our Bosch heat pump and high efficiency furnace and confirmed that everything is working as intended. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks Kris!

Dillon Smith came to service my HVAC system and the results were fantastic! He was very respectful and professional. Dillon did a thorough job explaining the performance of my system and how to keep it running efficiently. After a couple of updates during the routine service visit, my cooling system felt great, and much more comfortable.

I really appreciate all of Dillon’s hard work, and will continue using Atticman for my HVAC needs. I’m very happy with their service, being part of their cool club, and the technicians are excellent. Thank you again, Dillon for your expertise and good work!

Very thorough. They explained more clearly what needed to be done to replace my HVAC system. They did a very neat job of installation. They cleaned up afterwards. Staff is very professional and polite. The system works perfectly. Price was competitive. We are very happy with Atticman’s service.

We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced by Atticman Heating & Air Conditioning and we couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

Before making a decision, I got multiple quotes from different companies around Sacramento. Atticman wasn’t the cheapest quote we received but they also weren’t the most expensive. They came in right in the middle and after comparing everything that was included, I honestly felt they offered the best overall value.

The sales representative who came to our home was knowledgeable, patient and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the differences between the equipment options, and went over the warranties in detail. The quality of the products Atticman installs, combined with their excellent warranty, gave us a lot of confidence that we were making the right investment.

Another thing that really stood out to us was that Atticman is a locally owned and operated company that has been serving the Sacramento area for around 10 years. Learning that the owner graduated from El Camino High School and has lived in Sacramento his entire life made us feel even better about choosing them. Supporting a local business that truly cares about the community was important to us.

On installation day, the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They immediately got to work and worked incredibly hard throughout the entire day. Everyone on the crew was professional, respectful of our home, and kept the work area clean. Once the installation was complete, they walked us through the new system, answered every question we had, and made sure we were completely comfortable before leaving.

Our new system has been running flawlessly ever since. The comfort in our home has improved dramatically and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The workmanship was top notch but what impressed us just as much was the customer service. Every member of the crew was friendly, courteous and genuinely cared about doing a great job.

One of the things we also learned is that Atticman doesn’t just install heating and air conditioning systems but they also do attic insulation. After seeing the quality of their work and how well they treated us throughout this project, we’ll definitely be calling them back when we’re ready to upgrade our attic insulation as well.

Your team arrive within the scheduled time frame. All your polite and professional. Our installation for conversion to a heat pump and some upgrades to ductwork took approx 12?hours!!! A long day for all but I don’t recall any team member slacking on their duties. After installation was complete, every area was cleaned and tidied. An excellent experience.
