I highly recommend Atticman—superb service from start to finish!

After neglecting my system for nearly 20 years (lacking maintenance and having pets) combined with improperly using my air filters, I found myself without air conditioning in the middle of a Sacramento summer. I called late on a Tuesday after two other companies failed to return my calls and spoke with Carl, who scheduled me for the next morning.

Ryan thoroughly inspected everything and explained the situation, and Steven helped me determine the best next steps, which was installing a new system the following day. Mike and Alex handled the heavy lifting during installation, with Adam assisting as well. Their priority was ensuring my comfort: Colby even delivered portable AC units that same day to keep me cool until the installation was complete.

I opted for an all-electric system upgrade, a new smart thermostat, and an upgraded garage attic fan to maximize cooling efficiency. I signed up for their maintenance plan as well.
