(updated 6/2/26): It's been about 9 months since they installed a new attic furnace and outdoor ground AC unit, along with replacing some ducts and adding a second intake. This semi-annual service is part of a monthly plan of $9.99. The unit that Atticman installed 3 years ago has cut my SMUD bill in half. I highly recommend them, they always show pictures of their work and explain what they did. They are simply the best and they are locally owned
