Atticman sent out a technician to service our heater, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was thorough during the inspection and discovered a small water leak coming from the heater’s exhaust pipe. Instead of just pointing it out, he went all the way up into the attic to make sure nothing was being damaged — thankfully everything was still in good shape. He explained the issue clearly and let us know that the repair will need to be done on a sunny, dry day to make sure it’s fixed properly. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be requesting him again when the weather cooperates. Highly recommend!

"Highly recommend Atticman for their honesty and elite customer service. Our initial HVAC, Duct and whole-house fan installation a month ago ran into an issue where the contracted StealthPro 7.0 fan didn't fit, and a 5.0 was installed instead. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Operations Manager Zak completely took care of us. He personally came out, re-measured the attic, and found a way to make the 7.0 system work. Today, technicians Edgar and Angels returned to swap out the fans and place the new StealthPro 7.0 in the ideal spot for maximum efficiency. Huge thanks to Zak, Edgar, and Angels for going above and beyond to keep their customers happy. It’s rare to find a company with this level of integrity!"
