We were devastated when our 40-year-old HVAC system finally failed, but they made the entire replacement process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We expected it might take weeks to purchase and install a new system, but their team worked seamlessly from start to finish and completed everything in just two days. Every member of the crew was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood their role. They worked tirelessly to ensure the job was done right. They removed all of our old metal ductwork and equipment, handled every detail, and made what could have been a difficult experience completely painless. This semi-annual service is part of a monthly plan of $9.99. The unit that Atticman installed 3 years ago has cut my SMUD bill in half. I highly recommend them, they always show pictures of their work and explain what they did. They are simply the best and they are locally owned

Update 5/27/26: The back office finally got it right. The technicians who I've actually seen do the work in person have been amazing. Ryan Y showed up today and did a great job. Back to a 5 star review. Update 5/21/26: There is now a pattern cancellations, and showing up outside of scheduled service windows. This issue is systemic and I no longer recommend this company. Update 1/13/26: Had our first service today due to some rescheduling issues. Kris was the consummate professional. Still highly recommend Atticman Heating and Air Conditioning! After getting bids from 6 different companies for a new HVAC system, we chose Atticman Heating & Air. Big thanks to Zak and the entire crew for the installation. What stood out from the very beginning was their professionalism and genuine courtesy. Every single person on the team was polite, respectful of our space, and worked to get the job done (it was a really long day for them). What really cemented our 5-star rating was how they handled a small mishap. They accidentally scratched some paint off our front door while moving equipment – honestly, it wasn't a major issue for us. However, Zak insisted on making it perfect. He went completely above and beyond: not only did he paint the scratch they made, but also took the extra time to touch up other older scuffs and scratches that were already on the door! This level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional and rare. It was a pleasure having them in our home. They ensured everything was perfect before they left, and the new system is a dream. We wholeheartedly recommend Atticman.

Had a visit from Atticman to talk about insulation in my home . John & JT were very kind and professional and gave me great information on how l should proceed with my decision. They are recognized in positive favor by the BBB as well Update: Duct installation March 10, 2025 The crew from Atticman; Dillion, Clayton, &Eddie,came this morning arrived on time to do a complete New Duct installation Dillion drew out the layout design and took pictures when the job was completed. Dillion "tested" the new duct work and I was so pleased as l could feel a good amount of air flow through ALL the ducts. A huge improvement from old duct work installed '2000.They also took extra care to cover my flooring and any furniture that needed protection. The crew was very friendly and explained any questions l had. As a business owner myself l appreciate the kindness and professionalism Atticman shows to their clients. If you are considering a new HVAC or Duct Installation or Attic Insulation ATTICMAN is who you should call ! UPDATE: ATTICMAN returned today March 19 2025 to do some adjustments to the duct work that was done and also to "shoot" much needed insulation in the attic.The crew that arrived was Zak, Jacob. Alejandro.They arrived on time was very kind and respectful took extra care to cover and protect areas in my home were they were working. And cleaned up after the job was done. Very pleased with doing business Atticman UPDATE OCT 14 2025 Today l signed up with Atticman for there Cool Club program which gives me two maintenance visits a year. One for summer AC maintenance ck, One for heating. Very affordable the tech Robert, who came out was very friendly and professional showed up on time and explained thoroughly what he was doing. I'm very pleased with the customer service l recieve with Atticman Update Nov 14, 2025 I was having issues with my thermostat and call Atticman. The tech Robert came out work on the issue for over 1 hour and fix the problem and there was no Charge !! Robert was very professional and friendly and was very thorough the customer service l receive has never let me down !! UPDATE MARCH 10 2026.... Had my AC yearly service done today by Logan from Atticman. He arrived on time and service my AC in a timely manner. He explain throughly and with no pressure all repairs that need to be addressed. He gave me several options on repairs which l found helpful. If your looking for a reputable and professional HVAC company that treats you with professionalism and NO high pressure then ATTICMAN is your go to for your HVAC & INSTALLATION needs. UPDATE APRIL 29TH 2026 After considering pouring more money into a 26yr old HVAC unit l decided to replace my old HVAC with a New HVAC by ATTICMAN NOAH & ANGEL were my tech installers very kind gentleman and respectful of my home. They arrived on time and the job was done in two days ! They both had great experience & knowledge about what they were doing which gave me great comfort in knowing that the money l was spending was well worth it. If you are thinking about a new HVAC system for your house CALL ATTICMAN and ask for Zak he's the man !! At ATTICMAN.... UPDATE : MAY 2 2026 ATTICMAN came today to create a "New door" that goes to the closet were my HVAC system is they're handyman Jesus came to do the job. I am so pleased with his work pays great detail to his craftsman ship and very professional and cleaned up after he was done very thoroughly. So pleased ATTICMAN they are the best !! .UPDATE MAY 5TH ATTICMAN tech Mike came for quality inspection which impressed me with that procedure to double check on the New HVAC system that was done by the previous crew. He was thorough in his inspection which again was impressive. ATTICMAN really shows that they care about the customers but they also care about the integrity of they're work and reputation.

Atticman came out today May 27th, Kobe, the tech came to adjust air flow refrigerate. He arrived on time and was very kind and professional Atticman man should be your go to HVAC company there really care about they're customer service satisfaction!!

I’m a repeat customer for attic man. This last job was a quiet, cool attic fan. Despite some challenges due to its position and wiring, they did a great job and followed through on the original bid. Jesus did a great job finishing up with the drywall.

Ryan, was very helpful with serving my HVAC system. Making very clear what’s in of some attention. He went an extra mile to inform about my system.
