Excellent customer service! My sales guy Greg did a great job explaining everything to me. Was patient and didn't rush me. Took his time answering all of my questions.
My installers were Reece and Alex and they could not have been any better. They showed up on time. Explained everything that was happening. Answered all my questions. Again, never made me feel rushed or that I was interrupting. They just kindly explained and answered all my questions. They worked together as a perfect team!
As for price, it was higher than the online tool quoted. I had not had any other quotes so I don't have anything to compare it too. I did however get an awesome warranty and for that I'm thankful!

Sometimes I've regretted doing business with someone just because we were friends, or I knew them from somewhere and wanted to give them a shot. I've never felt that way with Mario Lopez and Atticman.

Mario and I both went to El Camino High School a few years apart, and I've watched him build Atticman from the early days. I always respected his work ethic and hustle. Even though the company has grown tremendously, the values he started with when it was just him, his dad, and one truck that didn't even go in reverse are still the foundation of the business.

Atticman installed our HVAC system a few years ago, and it's been flawless ever since. Every maintenance visit has reinforced why we chose them. Their technicians know their trade, communicate well, treat your home with respect, and never make you feel like they're trying to sell you something you don't need.

Could you find a cheaper company? Absolutely. But I've learned that with HVAC, the lowest price isn't always the best value. Atticman's pricing is fair, and I'd rather pay for a company that consistently shows up, stands behind its work, and gets the job done right the first time.
