I first met Kyle one year ago when we had Atticman come out and assess our HVAC concerns/needs. Then, he was amazing from the very beginning, starting with placing booties over his shoes before he entered our home and thoroughly, and I mean thoroughly, walking us through suggestions, ideas, and what had initially transpired that led us to calling him in the first place! After thoughtful consideration, we decided to hold off, no fault of Kyle’s or Atticman whatsoever! One year later, Kyle came back out, had our file saved and as professional as he always has been, walked us back through the project details as if we had just met, which I was appreciative of! Walked the outside of the house, took a look at our old unit, walked the inside of the house, room to room readdressing what we had discussed year ago, again extremely thorough throughout answering all questions thoughtfully and with transparency, which constitutes a trustful partnership in my book!
